Founded in 1997, African Leadership is a coordinating Christian mission with a vision to see Africa transformed by the values of God's Kingdom. Rather than leading communities from the outside, we partner with local churches, leaders, and organizations—listening first, serving where the needs are greatest, and helping communities develop sustainable solutions.
We believe lasting transformation happens when the Gospel is lived out through practical action, strengthening both families and communities so that God's will may be done on earth as it is in heaven.
OUR IMPACT TO DATE:
- More than 40 schools established
- Over 1,800 scholarships provided
- Community development projects operating across multiple African countries
- Thousands of children, families, pastors, entrepreneurs, and community leaders equipped through education, discipleship, and practical skills training
Everything we do is built on partnership, shared responsibility, measurable impact, and a commitment to seeing communities flourish for generations to come.
OUR WORK INCLUDES:
*Strengthening families by addressing education and livelihoods together, recognizing that children thrive when households are stable.
*Christian Parenting skills through our Father and Mother School Training Program
*Building and supporting schools, churches, and clinics.
*Providing Bible leadership training, discipleship, children's ministry, and church support.
*Equipping adults through business, entrepreneurship, AI, and leadership training.
*Developing vocational training centers that teach construction, woodworking, and sewing.
*Training men in brick making and construction through hands-on community projects.
*Operating four sustainable fish farms, each producing approximately 5 tons of fish annually and generating around US$15,800 per year, improving food security and creating income for families living in poverty.
*Supporting teacher development programs to improve educational quality.
*Providing a Taekwondo program that builds discipline, confidence, leadership, and hope among children and youth.
*Operating soup kitchens and responding to practical community needs.
*Supporting healthcare initiatives and medical professionals where assistance is needed most.
