En ons mis die mooi klein dingetjies van vroeër wat die lewe so besonders gemaak het. Ma se bakbrood, Ma Ria se doily op die suikerpot, die gebreide skoene, ensovoorts.

Down Memory Lane was born out of love, longing, and precious memories.
We miss my grandmother and my mother-in-law, who never got the chance to meet their granddaughter and great-granddaughter. We also miss the beautiful little things from days gone by that made life feel so special.
Ma's homemade bread, Ma Ria’s little doily on the sugar bowl, the knitted shoes. Such simple, precious things that bring back so many beautiful memories.
This is my way of keeping those memories alive and sharing a little nostalgia with you.
